Protein timing and distribution, updated More page, and what we’re working on in 2025

Learn about the redesign of the "More" page and take a deeper look at protein.

New and Noteworthy

“More” Page Redesign

In our most recent update of the app, we’ve updated the “More” tab in the app. It is now more organized and easier to navigate! The More tab contains important settings for your account and integrations, as well as settings for customizations you can make to personalize your MacroFactor experience. For example, you can customize what shows on your Dashboard, edit the look and feel of your Food Log, change your Check-In Day, and more.

If you ever have a question or need help using the app, you can also find all of our support options – the MF AI chatbot, our in-house support staff, and more – from the More tab.

In Case You Missed It

We share a lot of informative content on our Instagram and in our groups on Facebook and Reddit throughout the month.

Here are some of our favorites from the past few weeks, in case you missed them.

What We’re Working On

At MacroFactor, we are committed to continuous improvement and innovation. We are always working to bring you new updates and features that help you reach your fitness goals and better understand your body, and 2025 is shaping up to be an exciting year!

If you’re new to MacroFactor, make sure to check out our public roadmap to see our plans for new features and improvements. You can also submit features for consideration and vote on the upcoming features that are the highest priority to you!

Right now, we have several big feature sets in the works that we know you’re going to love. Some are still top secret (we’ll be able to say more soon!), but we can tell you that we are working on the Watch OS version of MacroFactor, which will allow Apple Watch users to log food, view their macros, and more – right from their watch. We are also hard at work on a MacroFactor workout app, which we are aiming to release in 2026!
